Overview

A small, living notch at the top of a Windows screen. Hover it to open: music with synced lyrics, quick controls, a focus timer, to-dos, and notes live inside.

A single .exe with nothing to install, since the .NET runtime is bundled. Released under the MIT licence.

Main stack

  • #C#
  • .NET 8
  • WWindows 10 / 11

Pages

  • Control Center: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Hotspot, power mode, lock, sleep, restart, snip, and brightness and volume sliders.
  • Music: works with any player in the Windows media controls, with synced lyrics from LRCLIB. The notch takes on the album art's colours.
  • Focus: a 25/5-minute Pomodoro timer with a long break every four sessions.
  • To-do, a quick note that saves as you type, and settings.

Closed notch

  • Three widget slots: battery, to-do, clock, date, weather, ping, or FPS.
  • Anchored to the top edge or floating, in dark, light, or Windows-following theme.

Privacy

  • No account and no analytics. Data only leaves the PC while a feature is in use: song details to LRCLIB, a rough location to Open-Meteo, a ping to 1.1.1.1.
